The Wage stratification

Wage stratification corresponds to differences in economic and social levels between different population groups, and the widening of this gap causes negative societal factors. To avoid it, governments must develop economic policies aimed at achieving a more equitable distribution of wealth and opportunities.
It is not recommended to encourage a widening of the social gap by adopting an unfair difference between the lowest and highest salaries. The social gap is considered a major challenge in societies, increasing disparities between individuals in the country which can lead to many negative effects such as social instability and feelings of frustration.
Injustice targeting those with low wages results in a drop in productivity: when there is a large difference in wages, a reduction in the desire to work and, in general, the impoverishment of society and devaluation of prosperity.
Promote social justice, achieve balance in the distribution of wealth and opportunities and stimulate the economy to achieve sustainable growth
The gap between salaries must be reduced and aligned with the standard of living i.e. the livelihood of individuals, large salaries must be reduced, strict control of the appointments of civil servants and not favoring politicians by granting them salaries they do not deserve contribute to equitable social justice and a prosperous future for the country
